SYADEM provides and operates free vaccination records for the general public:

• In France, on behalf of the Groupe d’Etudes en Préventologie, the record MesVaccins.net.
• In Luxembourg, for the e-Santé Agency, the national Electronic Vaccination Record.

Depending on the configurations chosen by their sponsors, this service can allow users to:

• create an account for their record and those of their loved ones,
• determine their vaccination status,
• receive notifications for upcoming vaccinations
• share their record with other users or health professionals

In France, individuals who wish to obtain occasional advice without necessarily creating a record can also use the French version of Mentor, accessible via this link.
