Mentor
Vaccine recommendations for you and your loved ones
OVERVIEW
Mentor is a practical tool developed by SYADEM to help individuals find out their vaccination schedule in a few moments. The process is simple and takes place in 4 steps:
- First, the user must provide their date of birth, gender and postal code.
- Then, they must add their health profile by specifying their health conditions.
- The third step is to provide a list of all vaccines received so far. Finally, the complete vaccination schedule is generated with a list of all diseases for which the user is up to date, not up to date or recommended.
WHAT ARE ITS ADVANTAGES?
- Decision support in compliance with regulatory texts, reactive (within 48 hours following the publication of a recommendation), argued and sourced, taking into account the vaccination history, the patient’s characteristics and the context (e.g.: vaccine shortage)
- Vaccine safety alerts (vaccine expiry, stock shortage, contraindication)
- Determining eligibility for vaccination based on patient characteristics (pregnancy, chronic disease, history, living and working conditions, family and friends, etc.)
- Consideration of specific or complex vaccination schemes, automated catch-up protocols (e.g. unknown vaccination history, vaccination of migrants)
- Precise vaccination status of each patient for each vaccine-preventable disease
DEVELOPMENT & ETHICS
The vaccine audit is completely anonymous and no data is kept online. Vaccine expertise is led by vaccination experts gathered in a non-profit association independent of the pharmaceutical industry, the preventive studies group (GEP).
The Mentor application is developed by the company SYADEM. It is financed by subscriptions from health professionals. SYADEM does not receive any funding from the pharmaceutical industry and Mentor does not collect any data.
A SINGLE APPLICATION ON ALL MEDIA
Mentor is multi-platform. The application is accessible on all Internet browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Opera, etc.), both on PCs and Macs and on smartphones and tablets (Android & iOS).
