Territorial prevention actions are one of the three mandatory missions of a Territorial Professional Health Community (TPHC).
The implementation of the digital vaccination record in the territory allows the TPHC to meet this objective by enabling enhanced collaboration between different health professionals and highlighting its action to citizens and local authorities.
Using the CVN allows all TPHC members, including doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and midwives, to be informed and consistent about the vaccination of their patients.
