Colibri

Colibri is a software designed to manage the activity of a vaccination center, a health center, or an occupational health service.

Colibri is not just a simple professional software: it also serves as an effective communication platform with the patient, as well as with other health professionals (such as doctors, pharmacists, nurses, midwives) and health establishments involved in the care pathway.

The architecture of Colibri was entirely rethought in 2023. Data is recorded with a high level of structuration, which allows increasing the precision and reliability of the activity statistics produced by the software. The statistics are fully auditable by the user, who can link the produced figures to the corresponding patient files.

Developments are currently underway to offer other services (appointment management, stock management, real-time vaccination coverage).

Colibri is synchronized with the digital vaccination record of MesVaccins.net, allowing the bilateral exchange of data with patients, health professionals from the liberal world, or other establishments.

This software integrates the vaccination decision support service of MesVaccins.net.

Summary of the software’s functionalities:

  • Management of consultations
  • Waiting room management
  • Optimized recording of vaccination history, reducing the risk of vaccine recording errors
  • Ability to record vaccines received abroad, formerly marketed or bearing a generic name
  • Automated reading of the DataMatrix code, allowing quick and reliable recording of the vaccine’s characteristics (name of the vaccine, batch number, expiration date, and vaccine serial number) at the time of vaccination
  • Structured recording of the health profile, including all patient characteristics that may determine a vaccination recommendation or important information regarding vaccination or vaccine-preventable disease
  • Issuing a vaccination certificate shared with the patient (vaccination history or vaccination status with next vaccination dates)
  • Visualization of vaccination acts performed by other health professionals
  • Dashboard and statistics updated in real-time
  • Possibility of importing or exporting data
  • Management of vaccination outside the center, especially in schools
  • Editing of parental vaccination authorizations
  • Production of a file containing information necessary for the reimbursement of vaccines administered by health insurance
